Most greenhouse projects are introduced by what will be built.
Hectares. Technology level. Production capacity.
But the questions that determine whether a project succeeds are answered much earlier.
Before design begins, VEK establishes the conditions that will define the project:
The crop, and whether there is verified demand for it.

• A full year of climate data for the site, including its extremes.
• The water source, its quality, and its long term availability.
• The power connection, its capacity, and when it will actually be delivered.
• The team that will operate the facility, and how it will be trained.
• The buyer, the price point, and the route to market.

Weak answers to these questions do not improve during construction. They become more expensive to correct.
