A Dutch greenhouse builder approached VEK to set up a business plan for his Turkish client. This client had concrete ideas to start a greenhouse operation in Turkey, on a location between Adana and Mersin. The project concept was to produce tomatoes (vine & cherry) and sweet peppers (green & red) in modern greenhouses according to the latest technology. The production acreage would be 23 ha of greenhouses and the sales of the vegetables was guaranteed.
The objective of this project was to survey the financial and economic feasibility of this project and to present it in a bankable business plan.
